Who we are


We took over the "La Quercia" restaurant starting from a deep love for food, the fresh and healthy one. We use only genuine ingredients: fresh homemade pasta, fresh seasonal vegetables, high quality meat and fish.

We strive to express our love for food and life in every dish.


The "La Quercia" restaurant was founded in the 1960s as a typical neighborhood trattoria. In recent years our trattoria has become a popular restaurant while maintaining an informal and familiar style.

We have outdoor and indoor tables and we organize lunches and dinners for events and anniversaries with a fixed menu ... ask us for information !!



Restaurant Trattoria "La Quercia"

All the ingredients we use at the "La Quercia" restaurant are local ingredients.

We fill the pantry of our restaurant's kitchen as we do with the home one, with daily deliveries of fresh ingredients.

In addition to the dishes on the menu, we also offer special dishes of the day inspired by the ingredients of the season, the climate and our mood.

The winery's proposal is also mainly linked to the territory (Custoza, Soave, Vlpolicella).
